Shipping and delivery

We intend to serve international customers, but checkout is currently configured for delivery within Spain. You can place an order only where a shipping method is offered for your address. Further destinations will be added when their conditions can be shown before payment.
Cost and timing
Shipping charges depend on the destination and available method and appear before order confirmation. An estimated delivery time, when provided, appears with the shipping method or order confirmation. Preparation time can vary. Unless another date is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract.
Tracking and problems
Where tracking is available, we will send it when the order ships. For damage, missing parts or a delayed parcel, contact info@saviasound.com with your order number. The risk of loss or damage passes when you, or someone you appoint other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
Changes and cancellations
Contact info@saviasound.com promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, the withdrawal process is available as described in Returns and warranty.
