Seller and product

The seller is Sergio Alvarez Alcedo, at Av. Nehemías 8, 29006 Málaga, España, email info@saviasound.com. Your purchase covers the physical device and the accessories listed on its product page. The companion app is not a separately sold digital product or subscription under this order.

Placing an order

You can check out as a guest or with an account. Before confirming, review and correct the product, address, delivery method and total. Pressing “Place order” creates an obligation to pay. We will email an order confirmation and retain order information for applicable legal periods.

If an item is unavailable or there is an obvious error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute a product without your consent.

Price and payment

The checkout shows the applicable price, taxes and shipping charges before you order. Available payment methods appear there. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Saviasound does not receive your full card number.

Delivery

You can order for destinations supported by checkout, which is currently configured for Spain only. Further countries may be added later. The delivery method and cost are shown before you order. Unless a different date is agreed, delivery will occur without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract. See Shipping.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

Consumers can withdraw from a physical goods purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. For new goods sold in Spain, the seller is responsible for nonconformities appearing within three years of delivery. See Returns and warranty for the process.
