This policy covers the website, checkout and customer account. Any processing within the companion app must also be explained in the app when it becomes available.

Data, purposes and legal bases

We process your name, email, optional phone number, addresses and order details to take payment, ship goods, manage returns and provide support. The legal basis is performance of the contract or steps you request before entering one.

We retain records needed for accounting, tax and claims under legal obligations. Necessary technical data supports shop operation and security under legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations.

The reviewed website currently has no advertising signup form or third-party analytics or advertising code. If these are added, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Recipients

We share only necessary data with hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payments, the configured transactional email provider, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form, and delivery carriers. We also disclose data where legally required. Medusa is the shop software; its presence in our code does not by itself mean personal data is disclosed to Medusa.

The actual providers, locations and any transfers outside the EEA must be confirmed before this policy is published.

Retention

We keep orders and invoices for applicable tax and commercial law periods and to handle liabilities. Account data is kept while the account is active, then only as legally required. Support correspondence is kept while the request is handled and as needed for claims. Data is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, at info@saviasound.com. We may verify your identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security and children

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. This shop is intended for people legally able to purchase. Data about minors sent without a valid basis will be handled according to law.
