Returns, withdrawal and warranty

14-day withdrawal right

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the device. For separate deliveries in one order, the period begins on receipt of the last item. Tell us clearly before the deadline; the form below is optional.

Notify info@saviasound.com or write to Av. Nehemías 8, 29006 Málaga, España. Include your order number if possible. We will acknowledge your request.

Returning the device

Send the device and its accessories back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. Return address: [Dirección de devoluciones pendiente]. Contact us for logistics instructions before posting.

You may examine the device as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function. You are responsible only for loss of value caused by handling beyond that. Opening the box alone does not cancel the withdrawal right.

The buyer pays direct return shipping costs for withdrawal if informed before purchase. Remedies for defective or nonconforming goods are free of charge.

Refund

We refund payments received, including the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference is not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

Faults and legal guarantee

If the device does not conform to the contract, contact us and describe the issue. For new goods sold in Spain, the seller is responsible for nonconformities appearing within three years of delivery. You may request repair or replacement as provided by law, and where appropriate a price reduction or contract termination. Bringing goods into conformity is free, including shipping and materials.

These rights are independent of withdrawal and any additional commercial warranty. The original box is not required to exercise statutory rights.
